Payment options now include paying in full by check or money order (to be sent in with registration form), or by credit card with an additional handling fee.

If paying by check, please post date for no later than December 1st, 2010.

All checks and money orders should be made payable to Pushing Progress, LLC.

If you are paying by credit card, please do so below.

Once you’ve made your credit card payment please email us at workshop@pushingprogress.com with your name, name of student attending, total amount paid.  Once we’ve received your credit card payment we will contact you and let you know.

Your registration form should then be sent by mail to us separately with a copy of the response email sent to you by info@pushingprogress:

Once we’ve receive your registration by mail we will then notify you that everything has been processed and gone through.  If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and ask.
